to maintenance on your solar systems.


What does it include? 

  • 24 Hour technical support. Our technical support team will assist you over the phone.
  • We will assist you in adjusting your settings to get optimal usage.
  • Replace all faulty NuPower Components. This includes, System Controller. Valves, Geyser Elements,
  • Batteries, Chargers & PV Panels used for pumped systems and 12V & 230V Pumps.
  • Once we are on site, we could do a full system check for you? Cleaning the unit
    will optimise its performance.
  • Callout fees start from R650 excluding components.
  • Can you afford 150/unit?
  • Our debit order system insures ease of payment and runs for 12 months. THIS MEANS LESS ADMINISTRATION. No more recurring invoices and payments to process.

STEP 1: 
An email gets sent to with the nature of the incident and the unit number that is affected.
STEP 2: 
Our technical support agents will log an incident onto our system. The Technical Support Manager will then schedule a team to tend your case as soon as possible.
